We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to make a return, please follow the steps below.

Return Period All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your shipment.

Return Reasons & Fees

  • Quality Issues or Our Error: If your item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days. After you provide a picture or video of the issue, we will offer a full replacement or a refund, and we will cover all return shipping costs.

  • Non-Quality Returns: If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., you changed your mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee will also be applied to the refund.

Return Process

  1. Submit a Request: Please contact our customer service team via email with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos or videos.

  2. Receive Authorization: Once our representative reviews and approves your request, you will be issued a Return Authorization (RAM) number.

  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ensure all original accessories are included. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

  • Once your return is processed and approved, please allow 5-7 business days for the request to be completed.

  • The final decision on whether an item is eligible for return is at the company's discretion.
