Shipping & Delivery Timeline

Estimated Total Time: 12-16 Weeks (Door-to-Door)

Every premium outdoor structure is a custom architectural project. Here is the exact step-by-step timeline from our factory to your fully installed backyard retreat.

Step 1: Factory Manufacturing (4 Weeks)

Precision engineering & production. Your custom outdoor structure is fabricated, pre-assembled for quality assurance, and securely packed into shipping crates at our facility.

Step 2: Ocean Freight (6 Weeks)

Trans-Pacific container shipping. Your securely crated order is loaded into a cargo container and begins its long journey across the ocean.

Step 3: U.S. Arrival & Customs Clearance (2 Weeks)

We handle the paperwork & taxes. The container arrives at the U.S. port. Our logistics team clears customs and pays all import duties (All-Inclusive). You do not pay any extra fees.

Step 4: Truck Delivery (1-2 Weeks)

Palletized driveway delivery. The cargo is transferred to a domestic freight network. A local carrier will schedule an appointment to drop the heavy pallets at your curbside or driveway.

Step 5: Installation (2-3 Days)

Bringing your vision to life. Once delivered, you can plan your setup. Designed for easy DIY assembly, your new outdoor structure can be fully installed by 2 to 3 family members or friends over a single weekend (2-3 days). No professional contractors or specialized skills are required.
